After years building startups, we took time off to travel — and kept noticing the same thing: flights and hotels dropping in price after we booked. We were losing thousands, not from bad planning, but from a system designed to benefit from price changes.

Daniel Snow is a serial entrepreneur, Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and the former CEO of The Snow Agency, a top-ranked performance marketing agency acquired by Avenue Z in 2023. Under his leadership, The Snow Agency generated over $1B+ in DTC revenue and was recognized by ADWEEK and the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing agencies in the U.S.Daniel was also on the founding team of Hiya, a kids’ wellness brand acquired for $265M, and is the founder of RAPTV, one of the world’s largest hip-hop media platforms, with 55M+ followers and 4B+ monthly impressions.Today, he hosts Second Self, a podcast exploring identity shifts and reinvention after major life transitions. Most recently Yale acted as the founder and CEO of PrepProof, an AI startup that counts over 2,000 restaurants as customers. During his time at PrepProof he formed partnerships with McDonalds, Wendys and other large restaurant brands as well as DoorDash and other delivery platforms. In May, 2024 PrepProof was acquired. Prior to PrepProof, Yale co-founded and acted as the Chief Operating Officer of PopID, a fintech company focusing on facial recognition payments. During his time at PopID he facilitated partnerships with financial institutions including Visa, Mastercard & J.P Morgan Chase, while building a weekly active user base of over 50,000 in large part due to the adoption of PopID by Carrefour, one of the world's largest grocery chains, Whataburger and Steak 'n Shake. Yale graduated from Stanford University in 2017 with a B.S. in Science, Technology & Society and a M.S. in Management Science & Engineering (Industrial Engineering) while playing on the Varsity tennis team.
